2. Services Rendered
Propertize House acts as a specialized marketplace for buying and selling legally cleared and physically verified resale homes. While we carry out diligent assessments of property parameters (such as carpet area and society guidelines), it is the user's responsibility to inspect properties physically and verify title certificates prior to transaction execution.
3. Listing Verification & Content
Sellers listing properties represent that they hold clear marketable titles and appropriate regulatory authorizations. Propertize House reserves the absolute right to remove any listing or modify description headers that contain misleading specifications or breach listing guidelines.
4. User Obligations
Users agree not to input deceptive mobile numbers or submit false purchase/selling inquiries. Any attempt to scraped data, disrupt website operations, or copy property layout content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability & Disputes
Indturbo Propertize Realtech Private Limited and its directors shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from property condition misrepresentations or disputes between sellers and buyers. All transactions and disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdictions of the courts of Mumbai.
